Our Process

This phase includes planning  and  coordination  between  the  architect,  engineer,  designer  and  builder.    We work  with  your  builder  to  create  a  budget  and  timeline  that  will  work  with  your  project.    We  have  partnered  with  leaders  in  steel  framed  engineering  to  ensure  accuracy  and  efficiency in  your  plans.    Our  team  has  a  combined  50+  years  in  the  construction  industry  and  over  20+  years  in  custom  fabrication  and  manufacturing.    Our  team  has  the  skillset  and  experience  to  deliver  your  project  right  the  first  time  through  proper  planning  and  pre-construction  organization.

Working with  the  builder,  architect  and  engineers  we  will  ensure  that  all  steel  panels  are  dimensionally  verified  and  have  gone  through  a  series  of  quality  checks  to  deliver  the  highest  level  of  accuracy  and  craftsmanship.    We  will  have  continued  coordination  with  the  builder  to  ensure  your  project  is  ready  to  begin  framing  on  time.

The final  step  in  our  process. This phase includes site coordination, slab  layout, site  assembled  installation and post  framing  handoff. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.   With  Revolution  Steel  you  will  have  a  higher  quality  final  product  setting  up  the  next  phases  of  construction  for  higher  accuracy  and  success.
